This guide will walk you through how to hand calls from your desk phone to your mobile app and vice-versa on your Bytes Digital VoIP phone system. This can be handy if you need to leave the office, but keep the call going; or if you’ve just walked into your office and want to continue the call at your desk.
This guide requires you to be signed in with the same account on mobile app as on your deskphone. If you have any trouble singing in, give our team a call.
1. Ensure you are on an active call
Start off by ensuring you’re on an active call on your deskphone
2. Open your mobile app
Open your Office UC mobile app
3. Dial *11 on your mobile app
Using your mobile app dialler, dial the *11 short-code and press phone icon to make the call.
4. Wait for the call to connect
The call will take 1 or 2 seconds to connect, it will then pull your current call from your deskphone to your mobile.
5. Hang up your deskphone
You’re now free to hang up your deskphone and continue the call on your mobile.

2. Dial *11 from your deskphone
Using the keypad, dial the *11 short-code from your deskphone.
3. Wait for the call to connect
The call will take 1 or 2 seconds to connect, it will then pull your current call from your mobile to your deskphone.
4. Continue the call on your deskphone
You can now continue the call on your deskphone. You are also free to close the app on your smartphone.
