Telesales/Lead Generation Executive

Salary commensurate with experience

8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

25 Days Holiday PA + Bank holidays

Bytes Digital are recruiting a telesales/lead generation executive to help manage and develop our customer base across the UK. Work in a casual and friendly environment with a growing team in a forward-thinking technology and communications company.

Your job role:

As a telesales/lead generation executive you will manage and develop our existing client base. You will be predominantly communicating with new and existing customers over the phone, building upon and creating new relationships with clients—as well as generating new leads.  

You will be tasked with:

  • Lead generation and new business development
  • Maintaining our CRM with accurate data
  • Cold calling potential clients
  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Attending conferences/networking events
  • Building upon existing customer relationships

Key attributes of the individual:

We’re looking for an intelligent, articulate and driven candidate with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. Someone to work as part of our growing team, but with an enthusiastic attitude to lead generation.

  • Is target-driven
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experienced in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in telecoms
  • A minimum of 2 years’ lead generation experience
