Sales Manager

 Bytes Digital are looking for a sales manager to join our friendly and ever-growing team in Clevedon, near Bristol.

 

Salary: Basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000

Commission: Uncapped commission scheme OTE £80,000

Working Hours: 8:30 – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

Holidays: 25 + Bank Holidays

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced sales manager to join our Clevedon-based team. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading at eam of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering a culture of high performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will directly impact our company's growth and success.

 

The day-to-day job role will include:

·      Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales representatives.

·      Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans.

·      Monitoring and analysing team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

·      Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to your sales team.

·      Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of our products and services.

·      Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including key accounts.

·      Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

·      Prepare and present regular sales reports toManaging Director.

 

What we’re Looking for

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a sales team, with exceptional customer service skills. Experience in the technology/telecoms sector is vital.

 

The right candidate for this role will have:

·     Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.

·     Strong leadership and team-building skills.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·     Analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     A deep understanding of the telecommunications industry 

·     Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

 

The right candidate will have a target driven mindset, with professional and polished communication skills, with the ability to understand and identify new opportunities and add value to customers.
