The move to a 3CX telephone system means that TECNI are ready for the 2025 ISDN switch off. With 3CX, TECNI no longer have to worry about their on-premise solution going ‘bang’ with no backup parts available from the manufacture.
The move to 3CX has vastly improved and modernised the telephony environment at TECNI. From modern handsets and HD voice calling, to cloud-based technologies with no reliance on old-fashioned and outdated Samsung PBX equipment.
